We are excited to announce that Dr. Grace Sanvictores was selected by the New Jersey STEM Pathways Network as a 2023 New Jersey Class of I CAN STEM Role Models inductee.
In 2020, NJSPN launched the I CAN STEM campaign to help foster diversity in New Jersey's STEM workforce and education. This campaign showcases diverse STEM role models to inspire all students to envision themselves succeeding in STEM fields. The I CAN STEM Role Models highlight individuals from various backgrounds, including people of color, individuals with disabilities, LGBTQ+ members, and women working in STEM in New Jersey. A new inductee for the 2023 I CAN STEM Role Models is announced and featured monthly on their website, newsletter, and social media.
Dr. Sanvictores was crucial in establishing our school's STEAM Program and Middle School. She also played a pivotal role in securing our position as the first school in New Jersey to attain national STEM certification. Hudson Montessori School is thankful for Dr. Sanvictores, and appreciate her hard work for our school and schools across the country. Congratulations!
