School Maker Faire

School Maker Faire

We are excited to be the first school in Jersey City to host a School Maker Faire . Please join us on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 10am – 2pm. Bring a friend along. In a School Maker Faire, the exhibitors, or “Makers,” are primarily students. We can’t wait to see what they have made.

Maker Stations

There will be an array of interactive Maker stations for participants to use their creativity and make. Some stations will be Make & Take stations where participants can take home what they create. We will have a couple of community art projects in our Make Together section. At our Try & Make, participants can learn a new skill or explore a new concept.

We at Hudson Montessori School take pride in being a Maker School. Maria Montessori said “The hands are the instruments of man’s intelligence” and we agree !
